Auckland Dehire Options UPDATE

Stockwell International would like to advise customers that shipping line ANL & CMA CGM will open acceptances for Auckland Depots from Monday 12th July across all 20′ and 40′ equipment types.

Booking Fee Increase 

Due to customs increasing effective August 1st there will be additional booking fees, unfortunately Stockwell International no choice but to pass on the increased cost.

Southbound Rate Restoration Ex Asia to Australia and New Zealand

Stockwell International has received notice that effective August 1st MSC will apply an additional $500/TEU to all cargo moving from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam to Australia & New Zealand.

Change in Australian/ NZ Export Booking Time Frames

Stockwell International has been advised by Shipping Line Hamburg Sud that in order to work with significant operational challenges, effective Monday July 19th new export bookings in Oceania must be booked, a maximum of 6 weeks out from the last load port date.

Adjustments to Service 

Stockwell International would like to advise due to heavy strain the global logistics industry, the following actions will apply:

  1. Removal one of two Cartagena Northbound calls on the Hamburg Sud’s TRIDENT Service and Hapag-Llyod’s ANP Service’s weekly rotation. The first vessel not to call Cartagena Terminal-de Contenedores is MAERSK BINTAN V 122 N. Please note as indicated that the TRIDENT Service and ANP Service will retain one port call in Cartagena Terminal-Sociedad Portuaria Regi, and we will continue to serve our customers’ needs into and out of Cartagena.
  2. The port of Timaru will be omitted until further notice. The first vessel to omit Timaru will be MAERSK BINTAN V 133 N on August 25th.

Gulf Caribbean Service – Vessel Phase out

Stockwell International has received notice that due to the strain on the global logistics industry from July 19th Hapag-Llyod has been forced to phase Aldebaran 2126 SB out of the Gulf Caribbean Service at Cartagena, Colombia and will not be replaced.
